i-OSMS ওয়েব সাইটে আসতে চলেছে আরও একটি নতুন মডিউল Sanctioned Post Module

 i-OSMS  ওয়েব সাইটে আসতে চলেছে আরও একটি নতুন মডিউল Sanctioned Post Module.  এই মডিউলে প্রত্যেক বিদ্যালয়ে এখন পর্যন্ত যত পোস্ট Sanction  হয়ে আছে তার সমস্ত তথ্য আপলোড করতে হবে i-osms ওয়েব সাইটে। এর জন্য বিদ্যালয়ের সমস্ত পোস্ট Sanction মেমো ও তাদের সমস্ত তথ্য দিতে হবে নির্দিষ্ট ফর্মে । 

সব থেকে প্রথমে দিতে হবে Sanctioned Post এর মেমো নাম্বার , তারিখ অ সেই মেমো তে উল্লেখিত পোস্টের ডিটেইল । অর্থাৎ সেই পোস্টে কতজনের বা কতগুলি পোস্টে আছে , কি প্রকৃতির সেই পোস্টগুলির সমস্ত  তথ্য দিতে হবে ও সাবমিট করতে হবে ।

সব পোস্টের তথ্য দেওয়ার পর সেই সব মেমোগুলির স্ক্যান কপি আপলোড করতে হবে । যদি সেই মেমো এর কপি হারিয়ে গিয়ে থাকে তাহলে সেই পোস্টের  আনুসাঙ্গিক প্রমান দিতে হবে । যেমন Approval DI এর , MC এর রেজুলেশন বা পুরানো কোন রেকর্ড আপলোড করতে হবে ।

সমস্ত তথ্য দেওয়ার পর সব তথ্য সাবমিট করার পর একটি পেজ আসবে সেখানে সমস্ত তথ্য থাকবে সেটিকে প্রিন্ট করে HM  এর স্বাক্ষরের জাগাতে স্বাক্ষর করবেন অ সেটিকে পুনরায় স্ক্যান করে আপলোড করবেন । মনে রাখবেন সমস্ত স্ক্যান পি ডি এফ এর সাইজ কিন্তু ৫০০ কে.বি এর বেশী হলে হবে না ।

সমস্ত তথ্য দেওয়ার পর সব তথ্য দেখাবে। সমস্ত তথ্য ঠিক থাকলে ফাইনালাইজ করে দিন । ও যে প্রিন্ট আউট বেরোবে তা জাম দিতে হবে ডি.আই আফিসে ।

M E M 0 R A N D U M

The question of extending the benefit of full admissible House Rent Allowance to both husband and wife in case where both the husband and wife are teaching/non-teaching employees or one of them is a teaching/n-m-teaching employees .of an approved non—Govt./ approved educational institutions including libraries and employees of district Primary Educational Council and other spouse is an employee of a State Govt./Central Govt. /Public Elder takings/Local Bodies etc. and in case where they live in separate establishments at their respective working stations at a distance of more than 250 kms. (two hundred and fifty kilometers) from one another has been under active considerations of the Govt. for sometime.

2. Governor, after careful consideration, is Pleased to decide that where both the husband and wife are teaching/non-teaching employees or one of them is a teaching/non-teaching employee of an approved non-Govt. /approved educational institutions including libraries and employees of Dist.Primary Educational Council an'¹ other spouse is an employee of a State Govt./Central Govt. /Public under takings/Local Bodies etc. and in ease where they live in separate establishments at their respective working stations at a distance of more then 250 kms. (Two hundred and Fifty kilo meters ) each other, the benefit of full - admissible HRA to both husband and wife will be allowed subject to a maximum of b. 2,000/-- per month to the following Conditions:-       

1)    That they would give full address of their working Places mentioning the nearest railway station/bus terminus and the actual distance of the working Place from the railway station or main bus terminus.

2)    That/they should produce the original rent receipt/ certificate of Prodhan of Gram Panchayat/tax receipts etc. in their individual names.

3)    They will be liable to intimate any change of their place pf work within 15 days of joining in new place/(s) to the authority allowing such benefit and also to the " D.D.O. The operation of G.0. sanctioning this benefit will automatically cease to exist from the date of changes of place of posting of either of the spouse and D.D.O  will allow after change of working place such amount as -HRA to the incumbent as will be admissible ad Per normal rules.

4)    After being satisfied, the of the Concern  Managing Committee of the institution will recommended the case of the state Govt. in the School Department through the proper channel for allowing the  full admissible HRA to the incumbent.

How to register DSC (Digital Signature Certificate ) West Bengla e Pension Website

To register DSC or Digital Signature Certificate  in West Bengal e-Pension portal you need to install the firefox 39 to 43 version . You can not complete the registration process in latest version of Mozila firefox browser. After installation complete turn off the automatic update of it.

After installation of browser install Java and change the configuration  as shown in the video given below.

Now Insert the DSC or Digital Signature Certificate in the USB port and open My Computer or This PC and click on the DSC drive shows or right click on the icon then select open to open it. Then a click on the setup file and install the token software . It will take 1 to 2 minutes .

After that open the pension portal ie wbepension.gov.in  and log in to it.

• Go to User Management menu and click on the Register DSC. At this time the DSC token must be inserted in the USB port.
• A Page will open, check the Check box by click - Do you want to register your DSC?
• Check the Check box by click - First Read the Instruction 
• Select Yes option Have you Understood the instruction properly ?
• Click on the Read Card button.
• A popup will open and click on the validate button.
• Now enter the PIN of the Digital Signature Certificate or DSC and press on log in button.
• Click the check box If you read the card then click on check box to complete the whole process.
• Now click on the Nest button to complete the registration process . It will show a message of completion of the process.

Now it will redirect to Log in page of e Pension. Re-log-in to site to validate .

• Go to User Management menu and click on the Validate DSC. At this time the DSC token must be inserted in the USB port.
• Then Click on check box after the Continue.
• A popup will open and click on the validate button.
• Now enter the PIN of the Digital Signature Certificate or DSC and press on log in button.
• It will show a message " Your Signature is verified successfully" after successful log in.
• Now the Red Colour Stamp on the Left Top corner turned in to green of E- pension portal.

বাকি উচ্চমাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার সম্ভাব্য সূচী কোন দিন কোন বিষয় - WB_H.S_2020 ( REMAINING PAPERS

আবশেষে উচ্চমাধ্যমিকের বাকী পরীক্ষার দিন ঘোষণা করা হল । ঘোষণা করলেন মাননীয় শিক্ষামন্ত্রী পার্থ চট্টোপাধ্যায় । তিনি দিনে পরীক্ষা গুলি হবে । ২৯ শে জুন ২০২০, ২রা জুলাই ২০২০ ও ৬ই জুলাই ২০২০।
এর সাথে তিনি আরও বলেন কি ভাবে এই পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হবে এই করোনা উপদ্রবে । কোন পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রেয় থাকবে না ৮০ জনের বেশী পরীক্ষার্থী । তাই আরও আনেক গুলি কেন্দ্র শনাক্ত করে রাখা হয়েছে যাতে সোশ্যাল ডিস্টেন্সিং বজায় থাকে । কি বলেছেন শিক্ষামন্ত্রী দেখুন ঃ




ছাত্র ছত্রীদের নিজদের স্যানিটাইজার বোতল নিয়ে যেতে হবে । এছাড়া প্রত্যেকে মাস্ক পরে যেতে হবে ।

এই দিন গুলি  পরীক্ষার সম্ভাব্য সূচী    বলা হচ্ছে কারন পরিস্থিতি অনুসারে হয়তো পরিবর্তন হতে পারে তাই ।

Subject: ONLINE STAFF PATTERN: CLARIFICATIONS

In the matter of GO No 214-SSE/19 dated 16-09-2019 certain issues are raised by the Head of Institutions and others. The following clarifications are issued for doubt clearing:

1.             The Normal Section teachers can be placed either in Upper-Primary or Secondary levels according to their seniority.

2. Academic roles & responsibilities of teachers placed in Up Pry / Sec / HS level shall remain unchanged and school would continue to run in an integrated manner as usual.

3.  Pay Scale and other Service Terms & Conditions will not be affected in any manner whatsoever due to this revised Staff Pattern.

4.      Placement of a teacher at any level (Up Pry/Sec/HS) in the Staff Pattern shall not be a bar for applying for the post of Headmaster / Headmistress subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria.

5.      All the Head of Institutions are to implement the web-enabled Staff Pattern as per Order No. 214 - SSE/19 dated 16-09-2019.
