NOTIFICATION
I extend our heartfelt appreciation on behalf of the Board in advance with the expectation of committed service as an Examiner/Head Examiner for the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2024 in the interest of the candidates and their welfare. The Board understands the magnitude of responsibility and dedication involved for each concerned in this crucial task.
By the direction of the President, Ad-hoc. Committee, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, I am to notify that the compensatory leave will be admissible for the duties performed on specific dates in lieu of personal presence in the conduct of evaluation process on 18.02.2024 (Sunday), 25.02.2024 (Sunday), 26.02.2024 (Shab-E-barat) and 08.03.2024 (Shivaratri).
For compensatory leave by the concerned Head Examiners/Examiners of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2024, they shall have to be personally present on said dates and subsequently with the proof of attendance on the mentioned dates, have to apply for the compensatory leave to the concerned Head of the Institution, and avail the same within 30th April 2024, excluding on all days of examination, in between.
Furthermore, the Head of the Institution are requested to allow Compensatory Leave to the concerned teachers who have been selected as Head Examiner/Examiner, on production of the relevant papers, as per the terms and conditions of this notification.

আমি প্রার্থীদের স্বার্থে এবং তাদের কল্যাণে মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা (SE), 2024-এর একজন পরীক্ষক/প্রধান পরীক্ষক হিসাবে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ পরিষেবার প্রত্যাশার সাথে বোর্ডের পক্ষ থেকে আগাম আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা জানাচ্ছি। বোর্ড এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রত্যেকের জন্য জড়িত দায়িত্ব এবং উৎসর্গ মাত্রা বোঝে।
সভাপতির নির্দেশে অ্যাড-হক. কমিটি, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা বোর্ড, আমি অবহিত করছি যে 18.02.2024 (রবিবার), 25.02.2024 তারিখে মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়া পরিচালনার ক্ষেত্রে ব্যক্তিগত উপস্থিতির পরিবর্তে নির্দিষ্ট তারিখে সম্পাদিত দায়িত্বের জন্য ক্ষতিপূরণমূলক ছুটি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে। রবিবার), 26.02.2024 (শব-ই-বরাত) এবং 08.03.2024 (শিবরাত্রি)।
মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা (SE), 2024-এর সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রধান পরীক্ষক/পরীক্ষকদের ক্ষতিপূরণমূলক ছুটির জন্য, তাদের উল্লিখিত তারিখগুলিতে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে এবং পরবর্তীতে উল্লেখিত তারিখগুলিতে উপস্থিতির প্রমাণ সহ, ক্ষতিপূরণমূলক ছুটির জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধান, এবং 30 এপ্রিল 2024-এর মধ্যে একই সুবিধা পাবেন, পরীক্ষার সমস্ত দিন ব্যতীত, এর মধ্যে।
তদ্ব্যতীত, প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধানকে এই বিজ্ঞপ্তির শর্তাবলী অনুসারে, প্রাসঙ্গিক কাগজপত্র তৈরি করে প্রধান পরীক্ষক/পরীক্ষক হিসাবে নির্বাচিত শিক্ষকদের ক্ষতিপূরণমূলক ছুটির অনুমতি দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
