How to pay class xi registration fee online in wbchse portal
the following steps are involve
1. click on pay all button on the top of the list of wbchse online portal's pay online registration fees after online submission of registration details.
or
select the students for whom you want to pay and then click on payment for selected students in wbchse online portal's pay online registration fees after online submission of registration details.
2. a challan will be generated along with detail fees .
3. select the payment mode online and click pay now.
4. select payment method from the list given on the payment page.
I am directed to notify all the Higher Secondary Institutions that the Council is going to start ONLINE registration of the students of Class-XI (2022-2023 Session) from 26th August, 2022. Schools will be given secured login credential to school mail- id to visit the site https://wbchseapplication.wb.gov.in/portal/sec_users/login for filling up the registration form through mobile/website. In this context, it is also notified to all concerns that council is uploading its new website in the domain www.wbchse.wb.gov.in through which one can also accesses online registration. For accessing online registration portal through new council website, schools are advised to visit Institution Tab. Detailed instructions in this regard will be available in both the council websites. A link will be provided for a certain time in the current website www.wbchse.nic.in which would enable the user to visit the new website wbchse.wb.gov.in. Subsequently all the updates (Notification/Circular, etc.) will be uploaded only on the new council website (www.wbchse.wb.gov.in).
All the Institutions are directed to follow the instructions and fill up the Registration form first and get an auto generated challan for payment of the requisite fees through any of the given mode as prescribed in the instruction. The last date of submission of form without late fine is 28th September, 2022. However, the Registration portal will be further operational from 12th October, 2022 to 20th October, 2022 with late fine (at the rate Rs. 100/- per student for Registration and Rs. 100/- for Enrolment). Any query during filling up of registration form may be sent to accountsofficer(5--wbchse.org.in for further processing.

The West Bengal Board of secondary Education today published a notice to upload all the teachers and non teaching staffs' Register of Appointment for secondary section .
In revision to Board's earlier memo vide Admin/ 954 dated
21/01/2022 it is herein stated that an online module has been prepared for
collection of vacancy data in Annextures of HM, Teachers and Non Teaching staff
of schools. This is related to the preparation of Central Register of
Appointment by Board. The offline collection in excel sheet may hence be
discontinued and schools may be instructed to register themselves in this
online module and fill up the Annextures. All Annextures shall be routed
through D.l. the module for which is underway.
Please note that schools are making numerous mistakes
in filling excel sheets that is why Board has tried to prepare a user friendly
module for collection of accurate data.
Hence no further Annexture shall be mailed to the
Board here after except through this online module.
Paragraph
(l)(a)(viii) read with paragraph 9 of the Appendix to the Management of
Recognised Non-Government Institutions (Aided and Unaided) Rules, 1969,
provides for the grant of Quarantine Leave to a teaching and non-teaching
employee of school in consequence of the presence of infectious disease in the
family or household of a teacher or non-teaching employee of a school and when
his/her attendance at office/place of duty is considered as hazardous to the
health of other employees.
With the passage of time,
outbreak of some other diseases in the country had been considered to be
infectious of which COVID-19 has been declared Pandemic by WHO in recent time.
The Finance Department, Government of West Bengal after taking the valued
opinion of Health & Family Welfare Department vide Memorundum No.3230F(Pl)
dated 18th November, 2020 has already included COVID-19 and other
infectious diseases in the Quarantine Leave for the State Government employees.
In view of this, inclusion of
other infectious diseases including COVID-19 under the provision of Appendix to
the Management of Recognised Non-Government Institutions (Aided and Unaided)
Rules, 1969 pertaining to Quarantine Leave was under active consideration of
the Government.
Now, after careful
consideration, the undersigned is directed to include the following five
diseases in the list of infectious disease for granting of Quarantine Leave
under said Rule in addition to the existing diseases as specified therein:
1.SARS
2.MARS
3.COVID-19
4.Avian Influenza (H5N1)
/ Novel Influenza
5.Crimean Congo
Haemorrhagic Fever (CCHF)
Paragraph 9 of the Appendix
to the Management of Recognised Non-Government Institutions (Aided and Unaided)
Rules, 1969 stands modified to such extent.
All
other/ norms related to sanction of Quarantine Leave will continue to be the
same as laid down under the said rule.
Amendment of the rule to that extent will be made in due
course.
