সুপ্রিম কোর্টের নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ স্কুল সার্ভিস কমিশনকে IX–X এবং XI–XII শ্রেণির সহকারী শিক্ষক পদে নতুনভাবে নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করতে বলা হয়েছে। কমিশন এবং রাজ্য সরকার এই রায়ের পুনর্বিবেচনার জন্য আবেদন করেছে, তাই এই প্রক্রিয়া বিচারাধীন বিষয়ের উপর নির্ভরশীল।

🔹 একাধিক মাধ্যম নয় — একজন প্রার্থী শুধুমাত্র একটি শিক্ষাদানের মাধ্যম নির্বাচন করতে পারবেন।

🎓 শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:

[A] শ্রেণি IX–X:

• স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর (কমপক্ষে ৫০%) এবং NCTE স্বীকৃত B.Ed

অথবা

• ৪ বছর মেয়াদি B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed ডিগ্রি (NCTE স্বীকৃত)

[B] শ্রেণি XI–XII:

• স্নাতকোত্তর (কমপক্ষে ৫০%) এবং NCTE স্বীকৃত B.Ed

অথবা

• স্নাতকোত্তর + B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed (NCTE স্বীকৃত)

📌 সংরক্ষিত শ্রেণির ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতায় ৫% ছাড় প্রযোজ্য।

⏳ বয়সসীমা:

• ২১ থেকে ৪০ বছর (১ জানুয়ারি ২০২৫ অনুযায়ী)

• SC/ST: +৫ বছর, OBC: +৩ বছর, PH: +৮ বছর

🏫 শিক্ষাদানের মাধ্যম সংক্রান্ত শর্ত:

যে ভাষায় বিদ্যালয়ে শিক্ষাদান হবে, প্রার্থীকে সেই ভাষায় মাধ্যমিক/উচ্চমাধ্যমিক স্তরে পাস করতে হবে। যেমন — বাংলা, ইংরেজি, হিন্দি, নেপালি, উড়িয়া, সাঁওতালি, তেলেগু, উর্দু।

📌 অন্যান্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য:

• আবেদনপত্র জমা দেওয়ার পর আর সংশোধন করা যাবে না।

• প্রার্থীর নাম, পিতার/মাতার নাম, জন্মতারিখ অবশ্যই মাধ্যমিক সার্টিফিকেট অনুযায়ী হতে হবে।

• পরীক্ষার জন্য কোনো TA/DA প্রদান করা হবে না।

• অন্য রাজ্যের সংরক্ষিত শ্রেণির প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো ছাড় প্রযোজ্য হবে না — তারা সাধারণ প্রার্থী হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবেন।

✅ প্যানেল ও ওয়েটিং লিস্ট:

• লিখিত পরীক্ষা, একাডেমিক স্কোর এবং ইন্টারভিউয়ের ভিত্তিতে তৈরি হবে।

• প্যানেল এক বছরের জন্য বৈধ থাকবে (প্রথম কাউন্সেলিং থেকে গণনা করে)।

• ওয়েটিং লিস্ট থাকবে মেধাতালিকাভুক্ত বাকি প্রার্থীদের জন্য।

মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা (এসই), ২০২৫-এর পরীক্ষক/প্রধান পরীক্ষক হিসাবে দায়িত্ব পালনের জন্য প্রত্যাশিত নিষ্ঠা ও সেবার স্বীকৃতিস্বরূপ বোর্ডের পক্ষ থেকে আগাম আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন করছি, যা পরীক্ষার্থীদের স্বার্থ ও কল্যাণের জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। বোর্ড এ বিষয়টির গুরুত্ব ও দায়িত্ব সম্পর্কে সম্পূর্ণ সচেতন

সভাপতির নির্দেশনায়, অ্যাড-হক কমিটি, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা পর্ষদের পক্ষ থেকে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়ার পরিচালনার স্বার্থে ০২.০৩.২০২৫ (রবিবার), ০৯.০৩.২০২৫ (রবিবার) ও ১৬.০৩.২০২৫ (রবিবার) তারিখে ব্যক্তিগতভাবে উপস্থিত থাকার পরিবর্তে প্রদত্ত পরিষেবার জন্য প্রতিস্থাপক ছুটি (Compensatory Leave) গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।

প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রধান পরীক্ষক/পরীক্ষকদের জন্য প্রতিস্থাপক ছুটি গ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে, উল্লিখিত তারিখগুলিতে তাদের ব্যক্তিগতভাবে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে এবং উপস্থিতির প্রমাণসহ সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধানের কাছে আবেদন করতে হবে। তবে, এই প্রতিস্থাপক ছুটিটি ৩০শে এপ্রিল, ২০২৫-এর মধ্যে গ্রহণ করতে হবে, তবে পরীক্ষার দিনগুলি ব্যতীত।

অতিরিক্তভাবে, সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানপ্রধানদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে যে, প্রাসঙ্গিক নথিপত্র দাখিলের ভিত্তিতে মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা (এসই), ২০২৫-এর প্রধান পরীক্ষক/পরীক্ষক হিসেবে নিযুক্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষকদের এই প্রতিস্থাপক ছুটি মঞ্জুর করতে হবে, যা এই বিজ্ঞপ্তির শর্তাবলির অধীন থাকবে।

NOTIFICATION

I extend our heartfelt appreciation on behalf of the Board in advance with the expectation of committed service as an Examiner/Head Examiner for the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2025 in the interest of the candidates and their welfare. The Board understands the magnitude of responsibility and dedication involved for each concerned in this crucial task.

By the direction of the President, Ad-hoc. Committee, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, I am to notify that the compensatory leave will be admissible for the duties performed on specific dates in lieu of personal presence in the conduct of evaluation process on 02.03.2025 (Sunday), 09.03.2025 (Sunday), 16.03.2025 (Sunday).

For compensatory leave by the concerned Head Examiners/Examiners of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2025, they shall have to be personally present on said dates and subsequently with the proof of attendance on the mentioned dates, have to apply for the compensatory leave to the concerned Head of the Institution, and avail the same within 30th April 2025, excluding on all days of examination, in between.

Furthermore, the Head of the Institution are requested to allow Compensatory Leave to the concerned teachers who have been selected as Head Examiner/Examiner, on production of the relevant papers, as per the terms and conditions of this notification.

 উচ্চমাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়গুলোর ল্যাবের পরিকাঠামো উন্নতির জন্য বিদ্যালয়গুলিকে ২৩০৯৩০০০০ টাকার অনুদান দেওয়া হচ্ছে । যে সমস্ত বিদ্যালয়ে পিজিক্স, কেমিস্ট্রি, বায়োলজি ও ভূগোল এর ল্যাব আছে সে সমস্ত বিদ্যালয়ের পরিকাঠামো উন্নয়নের জন্য এই টাকা দেওয়া হচ্ছে । মোট ১০৮৪ টি এরকম বিদ্যালয়কে এই টাকা দেওয়া হচ্ছে প্রাকটিক্যাল এর সুবিধা প্রদানের জন্য ।

The undersigned is directed by order of the Governor to say that the Governor has been 

pleased to accord Administrative Approval towards Laboratory grant for 1084 no. of Govt. 

aided/Sponsored Higher Secondary schools having Subjects Physics,Chemistry, Biology& 

Geography. 

Name of the Project:Laboratory grant for 1084 no. of Govt. aided/Sponsored Higher Secondary 

schools of various districts of West Bengal having Subjects Physics,Chemistry, Biology & 

Geography. 

Administrative Approval: Rs. 23,09,30,000/- (Twenty three crore nine lakh thirty thousand.) 

Phasing amount and chargeable head of accounts.

Additional Condition

The school authorities as mentioned in the Annexure as the beneficiaries will act as 

implementing agencies. 

 The CSE WB is liable to all disputes/litigation, if raised, being the supervising authority 

of the said project and they will collect U.C. and submit the same in due course in prescribed 

format. 

 

This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance Department vide U.O. No. Group B/2024-

2025/0024 dated 01/07/2024 and Gr. N U.O. 0977 dated 28/06/2024 subject to strict 

observance of all the Financial Rules of the State Government and also subject to availability of 

fund under the HoA.

INSTRUCTIONS/GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE FILLUP OF REGISTRATION FOR CLASS IX (2024)

1. No unregistered candidates shall be allowed in appear at the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE). A
student once registered under this Board shall not apply for further Registration.

2. Please be informed that no registration will be allowed for candidates who are already registered
with another Board. If any such cases come to our notice, penal action will be taken against both
the school and the candidate(s) involved.

3. The Registration fees for ₹20.00 with Printing & Stationery Charges of ₹35.00 i.e. total ₹55.00 per student shall be submitted through e-mode system to the WBBSE General fund of SBI, Salt Lake Sector – II Branch, Salt Lake, Kolkata 91, Current Account No. 40334068836 by automatically filled for e-collection of fees online. The pre-filled e-challan so generated shall only be used by the schools, who choose to pay offline.

4. Honorific terms like Sj, Sri, Smt., Mr., Mrs., Mst, etc. shall in no case be prefixed to the name of the candidate in the Application Form for Registration.

5. A candidate born on or before 31.10.2011 is eligible to appear at the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026. The school authorities are requested not to send the names of students for registration whose date of birth is beyond 31.10.2011. No Registration Certificate will be issued if the date of birth of any candidate is beyond 31.10.2011 and no opportunity of subsequent correction of age will be allowed.

6. Moreover, as noted in Sl. 5, application for Special Permission for under age case(s) may be submitted to the Board for the permission of the President, Ad-hoc Committee, WBBSE alongwith the “Edit list” supplied by the Board at the time of distribution of Registration Certificates.

7. Passport size Black & White photographs & Signature of the student shall have to be uploaded in the given space within noted size of the concerned student. The signature of a student shall not the put on the photograph. The candidate must sign in English in usual manner (Not in Block Letters). 8. Date of submission of the Forms for Registration online from 15.07.2024 to 31.08.2024 with fees.

9. Individual filled Forms after being duly verified shall be submitted online, and the downloaded copy of the same shall have to be preserved by the School after being duly signed by the candidate and HoI, for future reference and record.

10. All concerned are advise to carefully check the specially designed clip “HOW TO USE THE WEBSITE” on the home page before login into the website www.wbbsedata.com.

11. The School shall submit hard copy of the downloaded copy (duly signed the HoI) of consolidated list of registered students (Which will have to be downloaded after final submission in the portal) to the Board’s next camp office (already notified) or concerned Regional office of the Board within 30th September, 2024. Failure to submit the above mentioned hard copy of the consolidated list on time will result in school’s application for registration being kept pending due to incomplete procedure. Along with the hard copy of the consolidated list you are directed to submit the following mandatorily:
A. The attested photocopy of Caste Certificates of the relevant students (as applicable)

B. The attested photocopy of disability Certificates of the relevant students (as applicable)

C. Remitted Challan (Board’s Copy) and/or copy of the Online Payment Receipt of Registration Fess.

12. Head of the Institution is to sign all the pages of the hard copy of the consolidated list and fee submission paper (challan or online payment receipt) with date and seal.

13. Extra caution must be exercised when filling up online registration forms for students who have the same name and/or same father's name and/or the same date of birth. Ensure all details are entered accurately before final submission to avoid any confusion or errors or mismatch or mix up in the registration certificates.

IX শ্রেণী (2024) এর জন্য অনলাইনে রেজিস্ট্রেশন পূরণের জন্য নির্দেশনা/নির্দেশিকা

1. কোনো অনিবন্ধিত প্রার্থীকে মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা (SE) এ উপস্থিত হতে দেওয়া হবে না। এই বোর্ডের অধীনে একবার নিবন্ধিত একজন শিক্ষার্থী পরবর্তী নিবন্ধনের জন্য আবেদন করবে না।

2. অনুগ্রহ করে জানানো হবে যে অন্য বোর্ডে ইতিমধ্যে নিবন্ধিত প্রার্থীদের জন্য কোন নিবন্ধন অনুমোদিত হবে না। যদি এই ধরনের কোনো ঘটনা আমাদের নজরে আসে, তাহলে স্কুল এবং জড়িত প্রার্থীদের বিরুদ্ধে শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

3. রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি ₹20.00 এর প্রিন্টিং এবং স্টেশনারী চার্জ সহ 235.00 অর্থাৎ ছাত্র প্রতি মোট ₹55.00 ই-মোড সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে এসবিআই, সল্টলেক সেক্টর II শাখা, সল্টলেক, কলকাতা 91 এর WBBSE জেনারেল ফান্ডে জমা দিতে হবে অ্যাকাউন্ট নং 40334068836 স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ফি অনলাইনে ই-কালেকশনের জন্য পূরণ করে। এইভাবে তৈরি করা প্রাক-ভরা ই-চালান শুধুমাত্র সেই স্কুলগুলিই ব্যবহার করবে, যারা অফলাইনে অর্থপ্রদান করতে বেছে নেয়।

4. Sj, Sri, Smt., Mr., Mrs., Mst, ইত্যাদির মতো সম্মানসূচক পদগুলি কোনো অবস্থাতেই নিবন্ধনের আবেদনপত্রে প্রার্থীর নামের পূর্বে লাগানো যাবে না৷

5. 31.10.2011 তারিখে বা তার আগে একজন প্রার্থী বম মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা (SE), 2026-এ উপস্থিত হওয়ার যোগ্য৷ স্কুল কর্তৃপক্ষকে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে যে ছাত্রদের নাম নিবন্ধনের জন্য পাঠাবেন না যাদের জন্ম তারিখ 31.10.2011 এর পরে৷ কোনো প্রার্থীর জন্ম তারিখ 31.10.2011 এর বেশি হলে কোনো নিবন্ধন শংসাপত্র জারি করা হবে না এবং পরবর্তীতে বয়স সংশোধনের কোনো সুযোগ দেওয়া হবে না।

6. তদুপরি, যেমনটি উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে ক্রম. 5, কম বয়সের ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ অনুমতির জন্য আবেদনপত্র রেজিস্ট্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট বিতরণের সময় বোর্ড দ্বারা সরবরাহ করা "সম্পাদনা তালিকা" সহ সভাপতি, অ্যাড-হক কমিটি, WBBSE-এর অনুমতির জন্য বোর্ডে জমা দেওয়া যেতে পারে। .

7. পাসপোর্ট সাইজের সাদা কালো ছবি এবং ছাত্রের স্বাক্ষর সংশ্লিষ্ট  ছাত্রের  উল্লেখিত সাইজের মধ্যে প্রদত্ত জায়গায় আপলোড করতে হবে। ছবির উপর ছাত্রের স্বাক্ষর করা যাবে না। প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই স্বাভাবিক পদ্ধতিতে ইংরেজিতে স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে (ব্লক লেটারে নয়)।

8. ফি সহ 15.07.2024 থেকে 31.08.2024 পর্যন্ত অনলাইনে রেজিস্ট্রেশনের ফি জমা দেওয়ার তারিখ৷

9. যথাযথভাবে যাচাই করার পর স্বতন্ত্র পূরণ করা ফর্মগুলি অনলাইনে জমা দিতে হবে, এবং এর ডাউনলোড করা অনুলিপিটি ভবিষ্যতের রেফারেন্স এবং রেকর্ডের জন্য প্রার্থী এবং প্রধান শিক্ষক  দ্বারা  যথাযথভাবে স্বাক্ষর করার পরে স্কুলকে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।

10. সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে www.wbbsedata.com ওয়েবসাইটে লগইন করার আগে হোম পেজে বিশেষভাবে ডিজাইন করা ক্লিপ "“HOW TO USE THE WEBSITE" সাবধানে দেখার  পরামর্শ  দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

11. স্কুলটি বোর্ডের পরবর্তী ক্যাম্প অফিসে (ইতিমধ্যে অবহিত করা হয়েছে) বা সংশ্লিষ্টদের নিবন্ধিত শিক্ষার্থীদের একত্রিত তালিকার (যা পোর্টালে চূড়ান্ত জমা দেওয়ার পরে ডাউনলোড করতে হবে) ডাউনলোড করা কপির (যথাযথভাবে স্বাক্ষরিত) হার্ড কপি জমা দেবে। 30শে সেপ্টেম্বর, 2024-এর মধ্যে বোর্ডের আঞ্চলিক কার্যালয়। সমন্বিত তালিকার উপরে উল্লিখিত হার্ড কপি সময়মতো জমা দিতে ব্যর্থ হলে অসম্পূর্ণ পদ্ধতির কারণে রেজিস্ট্রেশনের জন্য স্কুলের আবেদন মুলতুবি রাখা হবে। একত্রিত তালিকার হার্ড কপির সাথে আপনাকে নিম্নলিখিতগুলি বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে জমা দেওয়ার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে:

C. প্রেরিত চালান (বোর্ডের কপি) এবং/অথবা নিবন্ধন ফেসের অনলাইন পেমেন্ট রসিদের অনুলিপি।

12. প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রধানকে একত্রিত তালিকার হার্ড কপি এবং ফি জমা দেওয়ার কাগজের (চালান বা অনলাইন পেমেন্ট রসিদ) তারিখ এবং সিল সহ সমস্ত পৃষ্ঠাগুলিতে স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে।

13. একই নাম এবং/অথবা একই পিতার নাম এবং/অথবা একই জন্মতারিখ রয়েছে এমন শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য অনলাইন নিবন্ধন ফর্ম পূরণ করার সময় অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত। নিবন্ধন শংসাপত্রে কোনো বিভ্রান্তি বা ত্রুটি বা অমিল বা মিশ্রিত হওয়া এড়াতে চূড়ান্ত জমা দেওয়ার আগে সমস্ত বিবরণ সঠিকভাবে প্রবেশ করা হয়েছে তা নিশ্চিত করুন।
