Union bank ATM pin generation from Mobile IVR


Now you can Generate or Change your Debit card ATM pin using your register mobile number to do so you need to following steps :-

Please ensure that you are calling from mobile number registered in your account with Bank to our toll free number and your ATM card should be active.
Select your preferred language
Select “option 3” for “Self-pin” generation.
Followed by “option 2” to generate “Duplicate debit card pin generation”
  1. Please enter your 15 digit account No
  2. Press 1 to confirm.
  3. Press 2 to re-enter 
This is a two-step process
Step 1 :  GENERATE for pass code.
Step 2 : confirm passcode and generate duplicate pin.
Option 1 to Generate for passcode.
  1. Please enter your DOB.(DDMMYYYY)
  2. Please enter your 16 digit debit card number.
  3. Please enter the Expiry Date of your debit card (MMYY)
  4. Access Validated.
  5. 8 Digits passcode shall be sent to customer’s registered mobile number through SMS.
    Note (Passcode is valid for 2 hours only).
  6. If you have received your pass code on your registered mobile No Press 1 and continue to verify your passcode to create duplicate ATM pin.
  7. Please enter your 8 digits passcode.
  8. Please enter the 3 digits CVV number of your debit card.
  9. Please enter 4 digits ATM pin.(As Per your own choice).
  10. Please re-enter your new 4 digits pin for confirmation.
Your new ATM pin has been created successfully.
  • If you have disconnected your call after generating Passcode:
Again dial Toll Free Number and Select “option 3” for self-pin generation followed by “option 2” for Duplicate Debit Card PIN generation.
Option 2 to confirm passcode and to create duplicate ATM Pin.
  1. Please enter 16 digits of your Debit card number.
  2. Please enter your 8 digits passcode.
  3. Please enter the 3 digits CVV number of your debit card.
  4. Please enter 4 digits ATM pin.(As Per your own choice).
  5. Please re-enter your new 4 digits pin for confirmation.
  6. Your new ATM pin has been created successfully.
